The second building of the Nations West Distribution Center holds a             
prime location in the heart of Charlotte’s southwest industrial market.
Prior to completion of construction, Alliant Foodservice signed a longterm
lease for the entire building to distribute food and food-related
products throughout the southeastern United States. Alliant improved
the facility to include freezer and refrigerated areas as well as
approximately 15,000 SF of office and mezzanine space.
