Catawba Distribution Center is a two-building industrial development
located in the growing southwest industrial market in greater
Charlotte. This development was initiated to offer excellent access to
I-77 and state-of-the-art building characteristics at a very competitive
lease rate.

The first building in the park was recently completed and totals
280,000 SF. The second building is slated for a build-to-suit or a
planned speculative project and totals approximately 200,000 SF.
