The Detroit area facility is comprised of 15,800 SF of office space
and 365,700 SF of warehouse and distribution space for the Mopar
Parts Division. Higgins Development Partners provided complete
development services for this facility including site acquisition. This
is one of four regional parts distribution centers completed for
DaimlerChrysler over a five-year period.
