This regional distribution center was a 340,000 SF build-to-suit for
lease project with approximately 15,000 SF of office space. The
project included coordination with park infrastructure being
developed simultaneously and met all the quality requirements of
the tenants’ internal review. These included risk management, legal,
environmental, treasury, life safety, transportation and operational
factors. Building features include 28’ clear heights, make-up heating,
flat floors, upgraded warehouse lighting and power connections to
automated material handling systems. The Streetsboro facility
distributes the full range of Mopar Chrysler small parts utilized
by DaimlerChrysler.
