This distribution center was completed on a speculative basis in
December 1999 and was immediately leased to John Deere Consumer
Products Division. The first of two buildings in Higgins’ Nations West
Distribution Center, this facility offers 30’ clear ceilings, an ESFR
sprinkler system and 46 docks. This property was the largest lease
transaction in the Charlotte area in 2000.
