This distribution center was completed in March of 2002. The site
was designed to accommodate a future 150,000 SF expansion of the
building. The facility serves as the national distribution center for
Skil-Bosch and includes a warehouse area, office space, automobile/
trailer parking and exterior trailer storage. Due to poor soil conditions
commonly found in West Memphis, approximately 120,000 cubic
yards of engineered fill had to be brought to the site to raise the
building pad.
