Sonny’s Enterprises selected Higgins Development Partners to develop
its corporate headquarters and distribution center within Westpoint
Centre in Tamarac, Florida, west of Fort Lauderdale. This build-to-suit
facility was completed in 2000 and offers 24’ clear ceilings, tilt-wall
concrete construction, an ESFR sprinkler system, a 50-foot concrete
truck apron, 30 dock doors, and a truck dock canopy.
