This warehouse, office and distribution facility is one of a number of
freezer/cooler facilities we developed nationally for Rykoff-Sexton, a
restaurant/institutional food supplier now known as U.S. Foodservice.
The building includes approximately 40,000 SF of refrigerated
warehouse space.
