Speculative Distribution Center - 480,000 SF This multi-tenant distribution center was Higgins Development Partners' first speculative development in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. The company has since gone on to develop nearly 2 million SF in the region. West Park Distribution Center is rail-served and is primarily occupied by Schmalbach Lubeca Plastics. As part of securing a long-term lease with Schmalbach Lubeca Plastics, Higgins completed an extensive build-out which included a substantial electrical substation, significant subsurface infrastructure, mezzanine office and trailer parking to deliver a state-of-the-art plastic extrusion and blow molding operation for this client. |
