This office building was initially developed on a speculative basis and
later leased to AT&T Bell Laboratories. 200 Park Plaza is a five-story
facility featuring a reflective, tinted glass exterior and a custom-made
steel curtain wall. The interior opens into a five-story center atrium,
criss-crossed by walkways across the top floors. The building also
includes 100,000 SF of specialized telecommunications labs.
