The design of the Chicago Police Department stresses efficiency,
economy, functionality, and flexibility as well as the dignity, strength
and permanence appropriate to the Police Department’s public service
mission. The project site encompasses nearly 10 acres in an urban
neighborhood and was the first major new development in the
Bronzeville area of Chicago in several decades.

Higgins Development Partners was selected in a highly competitive
public turnkey, build-to-suit competition and provided complete
development management services from project inception to
completion.
