This build-to-suit facility for Convergys Corporation is located in
Westpoint Centre, just west of Fort Lauderdale. The 2 story, Class-A,
concrete, tilt-wall office building was custom designed for the client,
incorporating raised floors throughout the building, extensive electrical
and mechanical systems and an open floor plan. The site provides
extensive parking, with nearly 10 parking spaces per 1,000 SF of
building. This was the first office building developed within Higgins’
150 acre Westpoint Centre business park.
