The 282,000 SF Farmland Industries headquarters facility is the first
phase of a two building, 560,000 SF development designed to meet
Farmland’s office needs today and in the future. The development is
part of an eventual eight-phase master plan that will develop a 123-acre
site near Kansas City International Airport into a world-class mixed-use
office park.
