development for Hyatt Corporation with additional space available for
lease. Located at 71 South Wacker Drive in Chicago’s financial
district, the Hyatt Center will feature a curved stainless steel-and-glass
facade designed by architect Henry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed &
Partners.

As Development Manager, Higgins Development Partners is acting as
the single point of responsibility and accountability for all aspects of
site acquisition, programming, facilities design, construction and
occupancy.
