 Office and Industrial Research Laboratory - 105,000 SF Higgins Development Partners was selected by Praxair to develop, on a build-to-suit basis, the Connecticut-based company’s Midwest regional headquarters. The project consists of 58,000 SF of headquarters-quality office space and a 47,000 SF high bay laboratory/R&D facility. Praxair’s state-of-the-art building is located in High Grove-Burr Ridge, a 300+ acre mixed-use business park developed by Higgins Development Partners. |
