A build-to-suit for lease project, Riverside Publishing is the regional
headquarters for the Houghton Mifflin company. This two-story
building was designed to meet the image expectations of the tenant.
This was accomplished while accommodating the overall project
budget requirements. The project was highlighted by a substantial
interior finish scope of work with sophisticated detailing.
