After conducting a competitive procurement process, the Federal
Reserve Bank of Chicago selected Higgins Development Partners to
provide Development Consultant Services for a new facility that will
include offices, conference center, cash and coin operations, and
check processing in a three building campus-like complex. Located on
a 17.2 acre urban site, the facility will be constructed of rusticated
stone, pre-cast concrete, metal and glass, and will provide enhanced
security for all operations.
As Development Consultant, Higgins Development Partners is
providing a full range of in-house professional services including site
selection; environmental coordination; architectural and contractor
selection; design management; and construction phase services to
manage all aspects of project delivery and acceptance.
