KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI MID-RISE OFFICE FACILITY 214,000 SF Higgins Development Partners was selected by the GSA on a source selection basis reflecting a balance of both price and quality factors. Higgins achieved the GSA’s project goals by designing an efficient, modern office facility that blends in with the architecture of the surrounding buildings. The 214,000 SF mid-rise headquarters office and 104-car parking structure stress permanence, dignity and economy appropriate to a governmental headquarters. The building’s massing, including a defined base and cornice, and the choice of materials and colors respond to the Civic Mall guidelines and the surrounding city context. |
